Very helpful staff, they are professional and have almost everything. If they don't have it, they order it for you! Best in the neighborhood!
All three staff members at the store when I visited were courteous and helpful. The prices for duplicate keys were very reasonable, too, compared with other locksmiths I've worked with.
These employees are garbage. Ask them for a little help and practically ignores me. Lazy
This is a FANTASTIC store. I had previously gone to another hardware store in the area, whose service was a travesty, before finding Sugar Hill Hardware--a revelation. Do not go to any other hardware store! The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and polite. The service is friendly and immediate. I highly suggest this store!
