There is simply no other store like this in mid-town Manhattan, which can supply your every hardware/outdoor need. Looking for a hatchet to bring camping? Got it. Looking for a replacement hinge for the broken door? It's there. Looking for tools of all shapes and sizes, plus someone knowledgeable enough to show you its proper use? This place is living proof that the corner hardware/supply store still has a place in every corner of our modern society. Even better is the contraption at the rear of the register area that holds/dispenses some absolutely delicious bourbon.

Love this hardware store (love hardware stores as I've run a few). Only problem is that I come in for 1 thing, and I know where it is but inevitably am there for at least 30 minutes and walk out with about 10 things…. They're great!
