The staff is friendly and attentive. Overall great experience.

Wow. Amazing brunch. We had bagels with smoked salmon and white fish and it was delicious. Fresh orange juice and we also shared French toast which wasn't like any French toast we'd ever had before! Glad I didn't order a whole portion just for me! To be expected really but it isn't a cheap eat though! Would be interested in the takeout.

Sadelle's is a bakery and restaurant located between W Broadway and W Houston in the heart of SoHo.

Great decor in the place. The restaurant's interior is punctuated by the soothing color scheme with hints of sky blue and white (i.e. blue ceramic cups, dishes, and some wall arts). Once you walk into the restaurant you will see the bakery, where you can see the staff cutting up fresh salmon.

I was stunned by the up scale atmosphere and personal attention to our table while in the bustle of the city traffic. Fantastic. *don't underestimate the pancakes! They're life changing.

The obvious draws are the presentation of food and the beautiful interior.

They are mainly known for its salmon tower. On my first visit, my friends and I ordered the salmon tower accompanied by several side dishes. It comes with two kinds of smoked salmon, cream cheese, dill, capers, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. The dish is large enough to be shared among two or three people (if you order an extra bagel and some side dishes).

Very cool spot. We put our name in, hour wait, came back on the dot and it was ready right on time. Our waitress was quirky and gave us a nice run down of the menu. I had the French toast which she said was "the best in the entire world". It wasn't. It was good but too thick and soggy in the middle (for my taste). I'd stick to the lox and fish and bagels if you enjoy that sort of thing.

We called the day before to put in our reservation for three, still had to wait about 20 minutes once we got there but not bad for a very popular fancy specialty restaurant in NY. While you wait you can enjoy a cocktail or beverage at the front of the restaurant. **We ordered the salmon tower with two sides of salon the house salmon and the smoked salmon for three of us along with 2 additional bagels and it was plenty for all of us. I’ve never had anything like this and it was explained to me that it’s also called Bagels & Lox. I am absolutely hooked! I will do my best to hunt for a local place that is similar to this here in the Seattle area. If you have never tried this I 100% recommend that you do!
