Quick for a sugar or caffeine pick me up before or after a long train trip.

Cute, and colorful store in the dreadfully grey tunnels of Penn Station. There is usually a line, but I moved quick and it’s quite distracting to figure out which cupcake to get from the display case.

Staff are too busy talking to acknowledge their customers. I ordered a chocolate cupcake and maybe I'm rude on this part but I don't get why their is a line on the receipt you sign for tips. A restaurant or delivery yes, but for someone taking my cupcake out of the glass and putting it in a box and ringing me up? Needless to say I didn't leave one and as I am leaving your employee Patrick makes a rude comment to me about this. When I get home I open my box and to my surprise my chocolate cupcake I ordered is a vanilla cupcake with chocolate frosting! The edges around the top were dried up and I've had better cupcakes from the grocery store for less than $3.75 a cupcake. Won't be returning here.

Terrible customer service and experience.

God knows how hard to find this place! I’ve only tried banana pudding, which is awesome! Even if I’m not a big fan of banana, I till fell in love with banana pudding! And amazingly, the pudding has not only portable s,m,l size, but can also be served like a birthday cake! But it’s really sweet, please eat it with no sugar beverages, lol

Went in at 8:30 pm. Store closes at 9pm. Ordered 1 German Chocolate Cupcake and an apple crumble tart. The entire stre was almost sold out. Staff was putting away everything. The staff was rude and abrupt. We took our treats and left to enjoy them. The tart wasn't apple but mixed berry. The cupcake was amazing. Don't think I would go back because the staff was so rude. It was like they didn't care at all and just wanted to lock the doors because it was close to closing time.

Wow, I can't believe I've never been here before. I'm not sure that I should be writing a review on this place yet because I only tried one thing: the Banana Pudding. But it was AMAZING. Best Banana Pudding I've ever tasted. It was so creamy, it kind of tasted like cheesecake. So I definitely recommend that. Oh, and I tried the Salted Caramel version of it, but it was way too sweet. So just stick with the original Banana Pudding.
