The thicker the inside white Envelop which attached with your documents, the quicker the service can be. Not sure true or not. You can try. I can not have the trip to somewhere I want. Due to no feedback when I called.
When traveling to Thailand with a US passport you are granted a 30 day visa at BKK airport. I have never had to apply for a visa prior to travel. If traveling for longer periods you can always do a border run and renew the 30 day visa after reentry into Thailand. Relax and enjoy their country and culture. : )
They never answer the phone or return messages in my many attempts. What's up with that??

one question need to know about paper preparation you have to go there yourself just to go again the next day to finish it.

I processed a visa here in person. I found everyone to be very helpful and I was grateful for their speedy and efficient service. They even had someone come in to assist with an error during the afternoon hours when the visa processing doesn't take place. I was very happy and impressed with everyone there.
