I am frustrated. These ppl have poor customer service ethtics. There should be away to hold them responsible for their actions. I am still waiting and praying and hoping I will get it before December. So sorry that I couldn't rate them zero.
If I could give then ZERO stars I would. I've never experienced anything like trying to reach ANYONE at this office. I have been calling for several months because I really do not have time to go sit in their office to ask
ONE question. I've sent numerous emails without response. So it seems I am actually going to have to waste time and go sit in the damn office to ask ONE question. I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH THE CONSULATE OFFICE. It is an abysmal representation of the country. There has to be a way to hold the staff int his office accountable.
I must say the government of Jamaica, or should I say the " BOSIEE SLAVES" never and will never have the interest of the Jamaican people at heart. This "patty shop" of a joke business have had my passport for over 6 good months now and still counting. Rejecting over 3 sets of photographer. And cannot provide assistance or proper customer service to those who have to deal with these stagnant people. When asked why the photos have been rejected, the response was " the software" what stupid software, for a 3rd world country playing as if it is the CIA, I do not know what stupid software they are making reference to. For one, if you can see the facial features of individuals clearly with your eyes, why should the photos not be accepted. Or is it that you people are supplying information to the CIA and FBI database? It is not even that difficult to process a passport photo in America, which by the way JAMAICA is a 1st world country. Hence, I am not sure what you think you are achieving, nothing but mediocrity. There is no accountability, no customer service. People are just there as lazy DOGS. And I am sure they do not even read reviews that have been posted about their bad business practice, if they have any business practice at all. YET another reason why BLACK BOSIE SLAVES can never move forward. And I am in full support of anyone who chooses to migrate and leave that RATNESS of a JAMAICA. Because at the end of the day JAMAICA does not belong to the local people, only foreigners who do not experience such issue when applying to run in and out of JAMAICA like a playground. And for all you who waste your precious time voting, you should stop. Cause there is no progress in JAMAICA, only progress is to sell the people.
Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting. Alot of false information. No one knows anything and the attitude in here is unreal. U would think they are giving away something free. Also be very careful website says open from 9-5 but they are really only opened from 9-12 pm.
This is by far one of the worst places. I applied for my pass port August 21st. I was instructed to do the pics there. I did. Paid and left to wait 4-6 weeks. After two months of waiting, calling and being told my passport is not back from Jamaica yet and they dnt know why, I finally call Jamaica and was told my pics were rejected. I had to return to the consulate, pay for new pics and re submit. I was told three weeks time my passport would be delivered. This time have passed. No passport. I keep calling and hearing passport is not back and nothing on the system to say why. Meanwhile, I have call Jamaica and was informed that my passport has been mailed to the consulate over two weeks now.
Worst customer service Ever!!!!! It has been 3 months since I submit my documents for passport renewal and still haven't received my passport. No one answer the phone. I finally got an answer Thank God!!! The lady was so rude she had a terrible attitude. Oh my God this is unbelievable. I normally don't write reviews but to be honest I jabe have never encountered such rudeness from a person in the customer service department, and since I was so calm with the lady I don't see why she would blow up on me like that? This lady masters the art of rudeness. Stay away from this location if you need proper service I bet they are other places that could offer a better service.
