If I could give 0 stars i would. Website and emails state 5 business day waiting time, my visa was approved after 6. This day proved to be very valuable. Next, the Delivery man held my return package with passport for a FULL DAY without shipping. What was he doing with this document????????
They are very helpful if you work with them. They don't want to hinder your trip but they also receive a large volume of applications. I had a good experience with them.

This caused a NIGHTMARE situation that ultimately caused me to rebook my weekend flight to the next week. NO CONSIDERATION FOR PEOPLE'S TIME. AWFUL. 5-6 retrieval turned into a 10 day disaster.
Not bad but seemed like one of the guys wanted to help women more then me. As I asked him to scan a my passport photo and he said ok but this is the last I do for you and you're on ya own. Meanwhile while I was getting paper work ready and to send documents to website he had a young woman in his office for at least 40 minutes I thought that was very unprofessional.
