Very bad services specially the lady in the first line u go they have u back and foward , so disrecpeful , and they work in the embassy but when u ask they said they dont know like what the hell !!!!!!
All procedures are fast and effective (at least when it depends on this office). I've been here many times and have never left disappointed or angry. Staff is friendly and proffessional. My only suggestion would be to make some improvements to their webpage, because some information is outdated, scarce or doesn't match SRE.

Horrible incompetent employees, I went 2 days in a row for very simple information, the first time I went I was told that the office in charge of such program was closed and to return the following day before 3:00pm. The following day I return at 2:00 pm and am told that the office is closed and to return the following day early in the morning! They need to hire more competent and friendlier staff!
Fast and very efficient service provided by the Mexican consulate and its staff.
