Phone call was answered promptly. Person on the other side was courteous and patient. Visa service was excellent! I received a call within minutes of my passport being delivered to their office, confirming receipt as well as informing me that another piece of document was needed, which I could submit by email. Received passport back with visa very punctually!! Efficient and reliable.
It is a little strange writing a review for a consulate, but I got my visa hassle free thought I would share my experience. I had some doubts filling the forms and they where most patient explaining things. I mean this is not like a shop or a restaurant that if you do not like the service you can go next door. But yet the service was most satisfactory.
