What kinda of f**** service they running? I've been calling for the pass week, left several messages NO RESPONSE whatsoever!! They need a better management team up in there!!!
Applied for visa three times from Texas, although had to apply to Miami office. But due to Fee difference I sent my application to New York. I thank all and everyone in their office for helping me.

Must say TRINIDAD and TOBAGO consulate in New York has been the worst. I've been trying to get a hold of someone by phone, and all I got was many answering services with NO help. I had to call Washington DC location in order to receive the help I needed. New York has to do better at helping people. It's totally unacceptable with the level of services they provide which is NONE.

You guys are right they dont answer the phone but everything runs pretty smooth once you're in the office . Everyone in the office was nice and helpful.
