If you call the number you'll be told that they are located at 321 E 44th St (between 1st and 2nd Avenue)... But at least the phone number is right :)
They are very fast, they'll have your passport done within hours! Something you do not see in Lebanon!
The staff is all business. Not pleasant, but they were helpful to me. Got what I needed and they gave me a break on running out to get a passport photo.
