I cant believe the level of unprofessionalism this office staff provides... We as people whether Caribbean or not must do better . If you dont like your job leave simple... you can tell me how you lose pictures given to you in your hand for processing and then wait till the day you are to return my passport to call and say oh you lost the pictures and need us to come back an bring another set keep in mind this is the third set really and then you want to tell me well if you want it process then bring the pictures or dont and hangs up... Now see she must really feel there is no way to identify her and wait for her ass to get and ole fashion whoop ass... Now here I am now almost 3 months waiting on a passport that should have only taken 3 weeks ...... What a waste of time might as well had waited and travel back to grenada for the embassy there to renew it.. Geeeshhh if you have a choice people dont go to this location and stay away from the arrogant lady name Mrs Jenny Pascale ext 255 . She should be fired.....
