Don't waste your money here. There are lots of bigger, cheaper rooftops in town with arguably better views. Bring Your Own Popsicle if that's really what you're after. The ones here are outsourced anyway.

I visited the Conrad Rooftop on 9/9. There wasn't a line at either end of the elevator, however, all but one (reserved) table were full when we arrived at the roof. A reserved table seemed weird for a place that doesn't accept reservations. My group is a flexible group, however, so we ordered our overpriced drinks, and we stood. Sure, it made our iPhone 7+ Portrait Mode photos a little harder to capture, but it was no big deal. We enjoyed ourselves for 15-20 minutes before a table opened up. The table didn't have a Reserved sign on it, so we moved in.

Almost immediately, a very rude, brunette, mid-to-late 20s waitress appeared. "Hi, I actually can't have you sitting here right now. I need this table. You'll have to get up". Again, very odd for a place whose website states "We welcome guests to join us on a first come, first serve basis and do not accept reservations". We looked at her in disbelief due to her tone. A couple of us got up, but the rest stayed. Who is she to talk to us in this way?

After deciding to ignore her demand, we sat down for another 30 seconds before the waitress returned. She sounded like a very assertive toddler whose toy was taken away from her. "Guys, I need this table. You need to get up". She had no response when confronted about her lack of professionalism.

There are so many better ways to spend $22+tax than on a barely-Instagram-worthy drink with a barely-Instagram-worthy view (wooo, the Hudson, Jersey City, and some dude watching TV in his undies in the high rise next door!). Especially once you factor in the terrible, entitled wait staff.

To the waitress in question: My only regret was that I didn't ask for your name. However, my statement stands. If you want to work in the service industry, you should really adjust your attitude.

Great drinks and lovely rooftop location in good weather. Gets a bit cramped at the weekend so could do with being a bigger area.

Great drinks, nice views, but fairly small space. Definitely worth a visit for the Ice Pop drinks.

Service was mediocre. I've had better views or NYC. Fancy cocktail selections. Cocktails were pricey and honestly I can think of a million ways to spend my $25 plus for a instagram worthy cocktail, I expected better service and a better view of the city.

Boozy popsicles in persecco..what else one needs? Amazing rooftop for a girls night or a date. Enjoy the views and cheers! Loved it.

The only saving grace was the bartender who offered a complimentary second beverage (Another drink? So I can sit here and listen to this woman-child some more? No!) before agreeing to refund my tab.
