Avoid this parking garage at all costs. The weekend attendant at the front is rude and has no interest in doing his job. Nothing about this parking garage is convenient. We then got locked out of returning to pick up our car. Would definitely not recomend!!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I stayed at Club Quarters Hotel which was a great experience for us, however, Brookfield Place parking is the lot they recommend. There is a discounted rate given to hotel guests for 24 hour parking. We went about 45 minutes over our 24 hours and they asked us to pay $27 dollars, meanwhile we were late because he told us our receipt wasn't enough proof and we needed a ticket from the hotel as well. So we had to walk to the hotel and walk back. When told him this he word for word told us it is not his problem. Then when we asked to speak to a manager he gave us a phone to talk to him. The manager basically told us "too bad". Completely unprofessional establishment. I have never been so disappointed with a business. There is a lot across the street that goes at a lower rate and they have to have better employees considering they can't possibly get any worse.
