I watched the parking attendant hit my car and deny it. Then the parking attendant began to scream at me and refused to contact management or fill out any documentation. After a call to my lawyer the attendant finally agreed to fill out documentation. I have been waiting for my claim to be paid since July. The mangers do not return phone calls or emails. This company is the definition of professionalism
I stayed at the marrekech hotel and parked my car there first the attendant tells me it 55 for parking for 24 hours So I asked him if I came at six what would it be and he told me 55.00 so I said ok the next day I came to pick up my car and I was there at 6pm he charged me 90.00 so I said you told me 55 and he said your ove the 24 hour limit and told me he never said 55.00 and was very rude I will never use rapid park again!!!!!
They stole items from my car, do not go here.
NEVER GO HERE!!! I was 10 minutes late, waited 10 minutes for someone to show up and they charge me full price. I've been to dozens of other garages. DONT GO HERE. Manager was not helpful either.
I've had to call the police on one occasion in order to allow me to park in a garage that I pay $500 a month for. They've ruined the finish on my car with leaky acid pipes, flaking ceiling paint and general mistreatment. Almost nobody who works there, stays there for more than 6 months.
I have parked at this garage for eight years and have had nothing but problems.
