The three guys (attendants) who work at the garage, Alvaro, (the manager, day shift) ...Juan (evening staff) and last but not least is Jose (night shift) are more than wonderful people. They're respectful, responsible and very attentive. I leave my car on a monthly basis and never had a problem with anything. They do an outstanding job! ******CONGRATULATIONS, guys for the GREAT job YOU all do!!!
I needed to park just for a few hours and looked up some places nearby where I needed to be. As I pulled up I was greeted with a very welcoming smile and greet. He then asked me how long I was looking to stay, so I told him a few hours and he said no problem, and he got my ticket. When I returned he greeted me the same as he first did and directed me to my car. Then I paid (which was the best price I had paid for parking in that area) and he engaged in what he noticed I loved, the Knicks. We talked for about 15mins before I left about that. That's customer service! I'll be back.
