The same problem happened to us too. The garage did not honor the $25 coupon and charged us $40. This is a bad bad dishonest place....
They crashed my car and had me fill out the claim. Then their customer service had be get estimates to which they have completely stopped communication. This place is horrible. I am not the first person they have done this too.
I was willing to give less than a star for this garage. Really disappointed with their service and the way they treat their customers. This garage charge me $42 though I had already prepaid $25 for its reservation. When I tried to ask for the refund $42, they told me to contact the one with whom I had made the reservation. And I never got my refund. That guy was an Indian who talked with no manners with me. You will regret if you go there. Try not to choose QUICK PARK, if you chose it, don't chose this Broadway Garage.
