They put a large gash and multiple deep scratches on the rear bumper of my Lexus and failed to inform me at pick up.

The parking lot is across from our hotel, the Westin New York at Time Square. The staff are very friendly and helpful and got in and out with ease. Highly recommend them. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the cost, $50 with hotel validation for 24 hours and $65 without validation. I guess because it is being New York Time Square.
Rude as could be and is making up some story that there not excepting any cars when they just opened avoid at all cost....
