This place is beautiful! I was surprised how many people where playing in the park. If you visit New York, do yourself a favor and take a nice walk in the park.
Summertime in the NYC parks brings so many activities. You can either take part or just sit back and find your own little peaceful place amongst it all. I love the history that surrounds this park. The trees, flowers and water fountain are beautiful. This park is conveniently located right next to The Museum Of Natural History. You will definitely enjoy all that this location has to offer. A day spent here is a day well spent.
Great scenery to walk around in. Good amount of benches for sitting. The nature such as plants and flowers are a nice sight to see on a stroll through the park.
This park was the location of the balloon inflating celebration for the Thanksgiving parade. You enter from 74 and Broadway. Gorgeous park with a dog park. And there is an entrance to the museum through the road center adjacent.
On my trip, this was the best place to sit and just enjoy the sounds of New York. Nice scenery with the park being maintained and the squirrels running around eating everything they can find. Sitting on that bench was one of my favorite memories of New York.
