Just walking through and seeing original parts of the buildings, emergency vehicles, individual items from victims and survivors, telephone messages left for people and detailed accounts from people who were involved in the rescue or witnessed the tragedy first hand.

I also liked the fact that every victim of the disaster has been honoured individually with an account of them in a memorial theatre which is very tastefully done and will no doubt bring a tear to your eye as you hear their loved ones memories of them.

Definitely worth visiting, a real comprehensive exhibition demonstrating all aspects of the terrible day in history.

Very informative and tastefully done. Well worth the price of admission! I would suggest to buy the tickets from a kiosk instead of waiting in-line to get tickets. We ordered the tickets on one of the machines and pretty much walked straight in. You will have to go through metal detectors and security but you are allowed to bring in bottles of water, which I also highly suggest since it took us several hours to walk through. Everything was in English, so if that is not your primary language, I believe you can download an app that gives a tour through depending on your language.

Worth the admission definitely.

What can I even say....absolutely amazing museum and memorial to all those who were lots both during and after 9/11. Prepare yourself because it is very emotional and you’ll need plenty of time to get through it all. We spent a good 3-3.5 hours here and still didn’t feel like we saw everything. The museum is pretty well priced. I felt like the flow is really good and the way they had it organized is perfect. It sort of goes from the before events to those after and that makes it easy to stay on track. There were so many things that were there that caught me by surprise. I’ll definitely be back with my children when they’re old enough to understand. Everyone should come at some point. I was 8 almost 9 when 9/11 happened. I learned so much! Highly recommend!!

Being collapsed Tween towers stayed in our hearts as one of the symbols of a great progress in American history. Standing at the peak of it's power Financial district gave us two deep marks, who don't exist no more. The biggest Fountains u could ever see are a great remainder of what stood there.
