Engaged in a planting project for grad school. Great center for ecological education. More people should learn about this facility and visit.
I love it here, great mini golf and a golf range. I wish they would fix it up more so families can go there for walks and other things. Certain areas are abandoned but it is great where there are activities.
It is a nice area. Went recently for a vegan festival and it was great. Deducting two stars because there was so much construction (which caused so much traffic) and for some reason it was really stinky..smelled like a landfill.
The island itself is rich on history which for me makes it a cool place to hang out. That combined with being allowed to bbq here makes it amazing. There's also a huge sports facility here with a main focus on tennis but offer other things like basketball
I have been coming here since i was a kid. It's changed ao much over the years so much more to do.
