Very good quality, well designed furniture, fairly priced. They feature many American made products. Store is very nice, multi-floor, the staff is helpful, and it's an enjoyable place to browse and to purchase furniture and home goods.
Absolute worst customer service ever. Bought a lamp on a floor sale and was told that it was a two person job for delivery. I didn't say anything at the time and went ahead and paid for the two-person delivery fee. When the floor lamp got delivered, there was only ONE delivery man and on top of that, the lamp was badly damaged!!! The delivery van was also not even a van! It was a personal, beat up car with very little padding in the trunk!! What??? I called the number associated with this location 14 times before someone picked up, and then had to deal with a sales representative who was absolutely unapologetic and unsympathetic, and just straightforward told me that they could only refund my money and they would not be able to get me the same lamp on the floors of their stores for the same price.
I came here after the worst experience at restoration hardware and i'm so glad i did. Wonderful staff , service and furniture. I ended up buying everything for my apartment here and highly recommend it to anyone.
DO NOT SHOP HERE.
If your store is going to sell overpriced furniture, at least get yourselves a good delivery service and an even better customer service. Absolutely unacceptable.
Extremely disappointed with this store's service. Purchased a floor sample lamp to be delivered the next day with the $44 delivery charge for the two person delivery job as the store told me it HAS to require two people to move the lamp.
I ordered the Hughes couch for our living room. The process was super easy. Fabric samples were shipped quickly, and once I ordered the couch I received regular updates on the build. Delivery took less then ten minutes. Easiest furniture buying experience ever, and the couch is lovely!
What I got was a third-party courier in a scratched up, sketchy van with only ONE guy and of course a completely scratched up and dented floor lamp. I don't understand how Room and Board treats their customers and products once customers have given the store their money. The store said they will not exchange the lamp and can only give us a refund. What I wanted was only what I paid for, which was an undamaged lamp and the delivery service that I paid for. This does service is absolutely terrible.
