Beautiful Curved Sofa. I ordered online. I insisted on putting up only half up front despite the request for full payment. I paid in full when they told me it was in their warehouse and ready to ship to me. I used paypal. There were some delivery issues. I actually refused the sofa the first time. Dallas was the salesperson but he was out of the country when the furniture arrived. We worked out the issues. I would say customer service could be better but I am also New Yorker so I am used to the slight attitude and I can contribute to it from time to time. In NC, it would never be tolerated. I won't post a picture because it looks that good. It is 10 feet, curved, deep and oh so comfortable. The most beautiful blue, lush and just totally me. I have had it a year, it still looks the same. I recommend them highly because if you can deal with a little aggravation, the result is marvelous.
