Lovely furniture! I went to their grand opening a few weeks ago. Would I shop here...yes.....would I buy......if I got a good deal!
We visited Ethan Allen in September of this year. Our family made a significant purchase for our home in Ohio. We were told at the time it would take 8 to 12 weeks to deliver the furniture, and that the store would keep us informed of the status. At the 12 week mark we called and sent emails to find out the status. The status was that the furniture was done, and we would be seeing in a week. The furniture was not even shipped yet. Then we got a call a couple of weeks later that the furniture was delivered to the wrong location. This said location could not deliver the furniture. The furniture was then reshipped to a store that was some what local to us. Here we sit over 16 weeks with no furniture, and the store that sold it too us never updated any status through the entire process. We had family in from out of town for Thanksgiving and Christmas, which was one of the reasons for the purchase. They must be making money hand over fist to handle there clients in this fashion, because they just do not care. We will update if there are any issues with the furniture.
Excellent designers and wonderful assistance with help in taking my ideas and integrating them with their knowledge of design and colors and creating a living room which is spectacular and warm and inviting. Thanks so much. 5 stars, sunni
