I went to Bob's discount furniture about two weeks ago, after having a horrific experience with another furniture. I must say that i had one of the most amazing shopping experiences, LESLIE GOMEZ❤ was the sales associate that helped me. The entire experience was like shopping with a sister or a best friend, she helped me out with my bed set and living room selection(which I'm beyond happy about!!
I had a wonderful shopping experience at Bob's Discount Furniture. As we were walking in, we was greeted by Rodney with a big smile and a joke. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. But what I appreciated most, Rodney acknowledged I knew what I wanted, what I was looking for and addressed my concerns without attempting an upscale. He was a gentleman and is a 5 star sales employee. And never once did he try to sell me. I would recommend Bob's on E117th St. & Rodney to my friends and family.
Very pleased with today’s service. The sales associate (Genesis S.) was very friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the sales floor and pricing. We wrapped up the deal and she even offered to make additional calls ensuring proper delivery to my residence. Great experience!
I went into Bob’s Discount Furniture this afternoon looking for a dining room table, and Charlie Hammond made by entire experience a breeze. I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for, but he was able to hear my needs and show me several options that fit the size and layout out of my apartment perfectly. He didn’t come across as too salesy, pushy, or disingenuous; he was straight to the point in finding me the best table for my needs. I’m very pleased with my selection, the price was just right, and most importantly, it looks great. If you’re in need of any furniture, Charlie is definitely your guy!
I can't say enough good things about Bob's Discount Furniture. From merchandise, staff, price, online and telephone help, to delivery and customer service, everything is top notch! I bought my lounge chair and my mattress here. I had to exchange my mattress through no fault of the mattress but both purchases were delightful and amazing as was every bit of follow up in all aspects! All of my future furniture needs will be with Bob's Discount Furniture. What an amazing company!
