I visited this evening in search of a wireless router and modem in one. A young woman named, Jamie, immediately saw that I required assistance as I stood in the central aisle. What impressed me most, aside from her calm approach, was her level of patience, honesty, and kindness as I continued to present numerous questions for items I had in mind; the latter is such a rare combo not usually echoed by others in the NYC realm of customer service. I truly felt confident in what I ultimately chose because of her product knowledge and professionalism. As someone who has patronized the Union Square PC Richards location for several years, it is comforting to know that good people such as her exist and care. I would like to say the service at this store was amazing. I am very unfamiliar with the home theater systems and was looking for the best buy for my money. I ran into a representative named Benjamin that help explain what I should look for when shopping for a sound system. He had a very positive attitude and help me find a great system for a very reasonable price. Thank you
Raymond was an absolutely fabulous helper, I had come in before to look around and came back and specifically requested him as he was so lovely, diligent and helpful. Tom, his supervisor, was welcoming, friendly and helpful. They both explained all my options and had all the patience in the world. It was a great experience, and its ones like these that keep me coming back to PC Richards for over 20 years!
