3. Prices are ridiculous. I can leave it at this. I realize I am in NYC, but the markup is insane. For instance, a USB 2.0 cable extender, which sells for $7.99 on Amazon, goes for $34.99 here. No, they do not always price match.
A great liquor shop! I had amazing time getting money types of different spirits and liquor there. They have good selection of everything. Great place with good prices.
Great service. I got a new Google phone an wanted a screen protector. Important to note I wanted it professionally installed because I've messed them up. I went to best buy and the associate did not see any in stock so she referred me to the on-site Google associate who confirmed they do not have them but gave me the name of the brand the store carries and said if I ordered that brand online that best buy would be able to install it for me in the etore. Great effort.
I guess I magically messed the vibe motor so I would have the pleasure to go see their beautiful faces again...
1. Terrible staff. They're uninformed and uninspired
Be careful with what they do.
Went to have my iPhone battery replaced and after I got home the vibration sound was louder and different. Went back and they said the vibe motor replacement would cost me (even after I told them that this happened AFTER the battery was replaced). They claimed that after they replaced the battery they ran a diagnostics and nothing came up (to be honest, I don't remember them running a diagnostics after the replacement but whatever).
Overall, a terrible shopping experience. The only positive is it's location.
6, six people in the mobile section.. extremely disappointed how they looked at me, and the time it took for me to get their attention... they were too busy looking at the schedule and complaining about the holiday hours... mean time, a girl with a cart full of best buy items (worker) decided to scream to a customer because he said "excuse me" while he was trying to buy an item... her response : I'm working don't touch my cart... very disappointed.. Best Buy has better customer service than this..
2. Limited products. Unless you're looking for a new flagship phone or gaming console, your options are incredibly limited.
