This store gets it. They had a sale price on some headphones that was better than online by A LOT and the service was great. Ask for Grace - she's a great help and actually steered me to a less expensive alternative. She knew her stuff.

ONE OF THE COOLEST STORES IN NYC! This is the perfect place to get gifts that will just wow someone. Headphones, gadgets, gizmo, you name it! The BEST thing about this store, is their customer service... I went in to buy a pair of headphones they had to order for me. They said the headphones should come in within a few days. It ends up taking 2 weeks, but they called me and let me know it would be delayed and offered a classy gift as an apology! TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Got a good deal for earphones. The store is well maintained but they don't have normal batteries being an electronic stores
