I showed up at 10:20 am and did not drive away until 11:30 am due to low staffing on a busy Sunday. I can't complain about the people that were working, but Alamo, properly staff your garages when you know you are sold out on a busy summer weekend. I was only trying to drive 30 miles to NJ and was very late to a family party. The upgrade from economy to full size was appreciated, but the bigger car didn't real add any value to my trip, I just needed to get from A to B.

I am giving four stars first for the great customer service which I always receive when I rent a car, second for the great price lastly that vehicle needed to be detailed inside.
largely very good, but when i emailed them after return because i may have left something in the car, no one replied
disgustingly awful staff. they looked at me like they hoped to get rid of my presence sooner. from the moment of my arrival until the moment when they refused to give me the car booked in advance because of the fact that this location does not accept the debit card. and this on the condition that in no booking notice this information is available. even a manager whose qualifications and focus on clients early to absolute zero, did not even want to try to help me after my ask to charge from my debit card any amount of deposit to cover this. disgusting. and I hope you will not use this service.
