Most obnoxious staff I have ever met. The quality of "The Shoe Box" label is horrible. Last time I ever shop there.
Samantha is not kidding. This store is horrible. I walked in to do an exchange on a gift and was treated so rudely! The staff was completely unhelpful and refused to give me a credit on a gift item I had the receipt for. Ladies, get your Stuart Weitzman and Vince Camuto's at Lord and Taylor, Bloomingdales or any other department store for better prices. Who wants to pay top dollar to be treated like #*#&!?
