Instead, I'm told multiple times by the manager that it was my fault that I had purchased this pair of shoes, and to read the reviews online about them being high quality products. I ask him to call the general manager of the NY stores -- same answer.

So if you want to buy them shoes, be careful!

Apparently, DNA Footwear absolves itself of all responsibility for what it sells once they get the cash out of your pockets. This is a dirty and dishonest company. Don't shop here.

've never written a negative review but if any place deserves one...

I came here to buy a new pair of winter boots, had settled on a good (and expensive) pair from checking them out online, some Wolverine 1000 mile boots. Bought them at the SoHo location. Shopping experience is fine.

Love this place, great selection and service. Ask for Eric when you go in, he's got a great eye for style and fit and he'll help you find the perfect shoe. Honestly, I remember we had about ten pairs of shoes strewn out in front of me on the bench at the store until we found the best one (and man were they nice). Really recommend the whole store "experience"

It is the first time I see this kind of service.

They didn't want to give a refund. Only a voucher.

Eddie is super helpful

I start lacing them up the next morning and a rivet pops off the top of the boot as I pull the laces tight. So, I go back the next week to return them and get a full refund, because that's normally what companies that sell defective products do for their customers. I get told right away that they only offer store credit or an exchange for a new pair. I explain that I had based this expensive purchase off believing that the boots were both durable and high-quality, which they are clearly not, and that I was instead going to buy a pair of boots that DNA Footwear doesn't carry. Sounds reasonable, right?

Good selection of shoes but very poor refund policy. I bought a pair of shoes and changed my mind afterwards, for which I went to get a refund. They told me they only do store voucher refunds, being this the first store with this kind of policy I encounter, and referred me to their policy note on the counter for which they never told me about before swiping my card. I finally was able to speak to the store manager and got a refund, so make sure your purchase is final. Please let customers know about your policy before they leave their money at your store, we will all appreciate it and you'll have happier customers and staff!
