This shop is great! The staff are very nice patient and helpful. Got all the help I needed without getting unnecessary greetings or questions. Was shopping with a toddler in a stroller. The staff kept him entertained when not helping other customers.
Bottom line - I like New Balance shoes, but this store is awful. Don’t waste your time.
These people are clueless. I asked the first salesperson for a light stability sneaker, she had no clue, and had to pass me onto to a second staff member. The second girl, made a suggestion, but it had to be ordered. Upon ordering, a third staff member stated she was recommending a high stability shoe, that certainly wouldn't work. The third staff member made another suggestion - as he seemed to be in charge - and we placed the order. I got home, and did an online chat with a New Balance rep. , and they stated that was the wrong shoe, as well. The staff in the store is worthless! Very poor training!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For starters, I didn’t feel like a customer, I felt like a guest. Their competitors seem to only do it for the checks, whereas here, they seem to care more about respect. The vibe is always positive and energetic (especially on the weekends), making the shopping experience just that, an experience.
Really unpleasant staff. Curt when I tried to return something. Told me I needed the card I originally purchased the shoes with in order to process the refund because they “don’t keep the card number on file”. And when I returned the following week with that card, they didn’t even ask me for it. Turns out they’d had the card on file all along. They lied, and it wasted a lot of my time.
They have the best selection of New Balance shoes in the city and they build custom designed ones to order while you watch.
