Harry's, you must hire better staff. All of your shoes can be ordered on the internet, and just because you bring people in to try them on doesn't mean they're going to give you the commission!
This guy David sold my mom shoes, styles from years ago and told her they were that current year’s styles. Avoid this guy David and you have a better chance at honesty.

I love the selection and that's all that keeps me coming back. Staff is incredibly indifferent and unknowledgeable for a high end shoe store. Management clearly doesn't know what it means to build customer relationships (or doesn't care about their google reviews). If they would just hire better people the rating would undoubtedly be close to 5 stars. Advice to customers: go, but build in some extra time to chase down attendants, and if they piss you off enough just order the shoes online elsewhere (probably for a cheaper price). That's what I did.
