Dinner at bar and had an assortment of apps with guests and everything was amazing. Bar tender welcoming and gregarious (witty). Will definitely be back.
Was very impressed with the staff and culinary team on our last visit. One of the party ordered the Rack of Lamb, but shortly after, the waiter came back to advise that the Chef was dissatisfied with the cuts they had in the back and did not want to serve a dish that was of inferior quality. While a bit disappointed initially, knowing that they would rather discard inferior food instead of serving it makes me want to go back to try the lamb, as all the other food at the table was of impeccable quality. The "Bronson Pinchot" (filet mignon) with table-side prepared sauce, was a hit for the entire group and didn't last long on the table (as all of the other plates ordered). Worth every penny...
Great place for steak and Italian food. They have a fixed price option for $85/pp. It includes a appetizer, main and desert. This also includes unlimited wine/prosecco as well. The food and wine were great, making this an amazing value. Good for groups.
Love this restaurant. I eat here every few months when I meet up for group dinners. The wine dinner is the best deal in New York City and the food is excellent. The service is great and the atmosphere is friendly and comfortable.
Note: if you want the wine dinner, show up after 8pm. We showed up at 630 and didn't get it. This place is very expensive, but food portions are large. (I don't know how you could eat appetizer, main and dessert)
