The delivery was more than 40 minutes late and when I called the restaurant, the person on the phone yelled at me, insulted me for being a nagging woman, and then hung up on me.
The building was really decorative, and the staff super helpful! the food was sour, though, and the bathrooms are in a claustrophobic space. but other than that, a nice neighborhood joint with great bagels and delicious lemonade.
Reasonable prices for reasonable food. Huge range of options so likely to find something for everyone
Worse service I ever dealt with. Food was taking an hr long to get to me I'm only 3 blocks away. Then when I asked if my food is getting cold just sitting there they say they don't have time for me ask if I want to cancel my order I continue to ask if my food is getting cold just sitting there he says he doesn't have time for me hangs up the phone. I call back saying why did you hang up he then says look I don't have time for you hangs up the phone again I then canceled my order and then he hangs up the phone again. No apology nothing just attitude. Whatever happened to making the customer happy and the customer is always right. I will never spend not one penny inside this place and I will continue to spread the word and make a report about this place. Not the first time I had problems with them and their delivery men but I have had it and will now do something about it

First of all, I hate doing bad reviews or any review in general because I like for people to make to judge based off their own experiences but this establishment really pissed me off today. Long story short I order from them literally everyday because I work nearby. Today right, I order at literally 9:35am on the dot and Seamless is all like its supposed to be delivered between 10:05 and 10:15... a whole hour later at 11:15 and two phone calls later I ask for a refund because my food hasn't arrived and they finally tell me its because their aren't enough delivery orders for the service at the moment. You shouldn't have the delivery option and not inform PAYING CUSTOMERS about that because its not okay and I'm never ordering or spending my money on them again for being so unprofessional in the manner.
