Good location, and relatively calm. Nice manager/owner, very helpful! The flat we were asigned was not the one in the ad. It was quite small, not new at all and the windows had a very bad insulation (the central heating could barely keep a comfy temperature working 24h). Clean and tidy, included Cable and a nice big modern TV
