For a serviced apartment, the room quite large, but very noisy due to thin walls and old nyc style heating system.
I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and loved it.
Cleanest, biggest affordable hotel in NYC. It smells so clean and pure in there. The rooms are immaculate. The staff are extremely nice and professional. It was pleasure staying there. Loved this hotel. Bought some groceries and got my cooked on. Nice kitchen too! Wish there was more than 5 stars to give.
This place is not a hotel, it's serviced apartments. So no room service, no breakfast, no pool, no spa. Cleaning and linen changes is every 3 days. The price tag however is very close to a normal hotel and I believe that the 4 star rating is completely misleading as such, and should be fixed.
Great rooms. Much nicer than the typical hotel. The rooftop lounge is amazing. Only complaint is the noise. Only a few rooms per floor, but soundproofing is non-existent.
A positive note is the staff at the reception, always cheerful and helpful.

I absolutely loved this place! Wonderful stay, every amenity you could need. Very friendly staff, comfortable sleep, I will definitely stay again!
I really enjoyed night time there..really chill with people walking there dogs..kinda of a mad house during the day ”naturally”.
