Working with Lauren was one of the best decisions we could have made! While purchasing an engagement ring could potentially be overwhelming, NOT with Lauren. She took the time to answer every and all questions we had, and never pressured us for time or budget. She was thoughtful in her answers, and was very responsive. I recently went in to get my ring re-sized and since I was not able to come pick up the ring, Ruth helped overnight it to my home address.
