They only help people goes to spend money after that when the same people go to repair or return they will be treating so bad rude they lie to me about engraving I wanted they just want your money they’re really bad I will never go to this place worst customer service ever please don’t go to this place

Worst customer service ever!! They only help people when customers need to purchase and spend money otherwise they give a damn about customer where they made the mistake to customized item.. I’ll never go there!! I love Kay Jewelers but this people including the manager made not to shop ever again from Kay Jewelers!!

I needed a watch battery replaced. The young lady asked my name and what time I would be there. I show up and they tell me "oh I'm sorry the person who does it is on lunch, come back in an hour". This is even after the lady on the phone asked what time I would be there. She was nice but still inconvenienced me by having me come to the store at a time when I couldn't wait an hour for someone's lunch break.

I ordered my replacement battery on 3/11. The agent stated 3-4 weeks. When I didn't get a call I call on 4/6 i attempted to call but could not get through, I thought it was strange and then called again on 4/10. Again I couldn't get through, I called multiple times, the line was either busy or it just kept ringing, I literally called over 5 times because I really thought I had the wrong number the first few times... When I finally got through the person stated that they were having issues with the computer system and that my order was going to take another week. I waited the week and then called on 4/19 still issues with the phone and they told me that they it would still be a few more days. I finally called back on 4/24 or4/26 can't remember because I called so many times at that point, and I called to actually complain and speak with a manager and the agent put me on hold for a few minutes and came back on the phone and told me that my watch was there and I could pick it up anything? Ludicrous. I was out of town so I picked it up on 5/3 and the agent didn't even have my name on file? No cell phone, nothing- how would you have found my watch had I lost my receipt. My fiance and I originally were in there looking for wedding bands and I am pretty horrified by the customer service.

I would trust my jewelry repair to McDonald's before I went back here. Took 45 minutes to take a link out of a watch band. Person trying sat exasperated looking at my watch like a deer in headlights. Manager did nothing to help. Ended up leaving with my watch in pieces. Sad.

I honestly feel like a credit is due for the lack of customer service and attention to detail. I work as a Relations Manager and the fact that I reached out to corporate to fix the situation and no response is unheard of.
