I had done some research on prices and felt theirs was in the right ballpark, so I did not negotiate. I have a few additional purchases to make and will go back to them later this month. Overall, highly satisfied and looking forward to an equally satisfying experience when I go back.
Absolutely unbelievable working with Yekutiel. I am lucky enough to have the perfect fiancee, who did a lot of research before my first trip to New York. Coming from Wisconsin, I was very unsure what to expect, but the minute we walked in the door, Yekutiel and the rest of the ID staff greeted us and treated us like we had been there a million times. After I did some additional research, I realized the price, quality, and recommendations were far superior to all other jewelers I visited. Not to mention, after my first trip, the rest of the communication was done over the phone and email, and it was seamless. The ring itself is beautiful, gorgeous, and exactly what my fiancee wanted. The compliments she receives make both of us smile from ear to ear, but I cannot take all of the credit because it was ID who made it happen. Thank you for everything. 100% Recommended! My local jeweler fired me because I found diamonds from ID Jewelry that were much less expensive and the same quality. They wanted to up-charge me through the whole process. So, Yekutiel offered to do my setting in a better material (platinum not white gold) for half of the price in a third the time! I couldn't believe how honest and easy-going Yekutiel was throughout the whole process. In the end, I got an unbelievable engagement ring exactly how I wanted it.
