My daughter comes to this practice monthly. I did take her recently myself and Mr. Tesher is a very good doctor, pleasant and knows his stuff top notch in that regard. However, ALL of his staff are very rude even to me when I asked a question it is as if they do not want to be bothered news flash you are working a customer service job.... Recommended my daughter go elsewhere not a warm environment at all. Girl in back office and APRN no people skills hope the doctor was told this before so he can in-service his staff on the importance of customer service when dealing with patients.
