I’m so impressed with how speedy the service was. While the website allowed me to choose an appointment time, when I walked in, the front desk was courteous, professional, and said they strive to not make the patient wait. Sure enough, the med assistant came in, took my blood pressure, and then a doc came in shortly after. I was out of there in 15 min!! Really appreciated the speedy experience and capable and courteous medical professionals.
After filling out forms I was swiftly led to the doctor who asked a few questions and listened to my lungs. Expecting pneumonia She sent me right over to get a chest X-ray and gave me prescriptions. I did have pneumonia and was extremely grateful to have this diagnosed so quickly during Thanksgiving weekend when everything was closed for the holiday.
I came in because my blood pressure shot up and I was feeling dizzy. The place was quiet and relaxing and the ladies at the reception area were so friendly. The Medical Assistant who attended to me was smiling all throughout I felt relaxed and I think my blood pressure went normal just being in that place! Dr. Jessica Levantino has, I believe the best patient management skills I have ever experienced. Thank you!!!
This place is very convenient and pleasant. I have visited several times and each time I was seen right away. Receptionists, nursing and doctors are all professional and efficient and nice. They will call in any prescription right away to the Rite Aid across the street which makes life easy. Also super easy to get to from the 1, 2 and 3 subway stop (14th st.)
No long waiting periods.
