What the actual hell. This guy is a psychiatrist? I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this first class @$$$hole. 50 minute wait, forced to sit on floor because 20 other people were crammed into his tiny, dingy waiting room. When I finally got in, he didn't even greet me or look up, just stared at his clipboard and demanded $250 in cash. There was a weird vibe about him, and he was extremely absent-minded, asking me to repeat myself several times- he seemed either drunk or high. He asked me a few terse questions, and when I answered he gave some very rude and condescending responses (at one point he even held out his finger and shushed me!). He never once made eye contact. In and out in 40 seconds.
Love the new office! Have been a patient for over 3 years. The wait time is low, I️ usually don’t wait more than 30 minutes

I just left there in tears. This guy should not be in business. You go there for help and he is a total jerk. He is in the wrong profession. After having much difficulty with his scheduling staff, I made sure to get to the appointment extra early to go over the payment and insurance info, etc. Well NO ONE works there, you are in a gross room with empty soda cans and cardboard boxes. When Dr. Kraus comes out he doesn't even say hello, he immediately proceeds to demand your money. After clarifying many times that I spoke with my insurance company, and gave him the clear instructions they laid out for me (which included a provider number and reference number for him to call if he had any issues) he started to yell at me. Great introduction for someone who is seeking his services. Due to being a director of customer service for many years I calmly let him know that I was sorry for not having all that he needed, but that is why I came to the appointment early to make sure all the necessary information got taken care of, and didn't run into my appointment time. Did that calm him down, no. He proceeded to continue to yell and me and tell me I was lying, and that I was wasting his time. To calm him down I again apologized and asked what exactly he would need from me so that I wouldn't be wasting his time. He proceeded to get snippy and say that I was going to have to pay him now, against what my insurance had said, and that all of the forms I would need to print out were already stressed to me by the scheduler. I kindly told him what I had talked about with the scheduler and he again proceeded to continue at me with rage. I am disgusted with the way he treated a potential client. I don't think that many people are terrible human beings, but this guy is terrible.
While I was there, some other customers were complaining about the wait- the receptionist claims that Dr. Kraus likes to go out, get coffee, and come back to a full room of patients. After Krauss arrived after 30 minutes and still wouldn't take patients, the receptionist had to go in and practically yell at him that two dozen patients were waiting.
Pleasant experience with him every time. Professional, courteous, straight & to the point. Just what I look for in a doctor. His approach is not for everyone but it's perfect for me.
I saw Dr. Kraus for approximately 2 years, ,upon this pariod 7 months back he proofed and disappeared leaving n unprofessional and unethical Dr. named Dr. Lehigh Brookes. His show purpose is to be brackish and diminish some over prescribing that Dr. Kraus may or may have not done... Long story short I've been paying cash and my doctor is still not back yet and Dr. Brookes cut my medicine of 19 years in 1/2" I had 2 anxiety attacks and just got out of the ER. FIRST TIME EVER. AVOID THE DOCTORS THIS IS A SHADY PRACTICE
