I loved Kmart cuz they have so many stuffs are very cheapest products and much more... I wish that the store will staying forever.. Hopefully that the store will not be closing in the future.... Thank you..
A great store at a convenient location. If only the owner of Sears and Kmart were interested in running the business instead of solely interested in extracting billions of dollars in cash from the corporation.

Excellent location, perfect if you are staying in Hotel Pennsylvania and would like to get the essentials for going out. Cheap store and huge inside considering Manhattan! Only complaint, the escalator wasn't working at all going down, hopefully it's been repaired since.
Low value and very poor service quality. Comparied to other discount stores and pharmacies in the city, it's quite difficult to find any true bargain at this "discount" store. The service at on-line pickup is extremely bad. I waited for over 15 minutes for someone to retrieve my ordered items but no one ever showed up. Turned out the person who supposed to retrieve my item went on a break without other people to backup. The supervisor failed to manage the workforce professionally and did not apologize to me at all. Also, the escalators are often not working. I also received a receipt with threaded bottom once. Overall, I have never had a pleasant shopping experience there.
