The store is beautifully laid out & not as well-trafficked so it's good for a more slow-paced enjoyable shopping trip. This is, however, definitely a smaller location than the Madison Avenue location. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of variety in some items, but I think that's to be expected with the size of the location. I was really happy with the service throughout my visit, people were consistently very kind.
Actually disappointed in the selection. Very freaky and awkward type of clothing. The store uptown is much more interesting to me. The style of clothing here seems to attract a very limited audience.
Relatively small place to shop. Very nearly laid out. Employees are very nice and helpful.
The women’s floor was a joke. I was one of no more than 5 people shopping and nobody helped me. I tried on a dress and stepped out of the fitting room and made eye contact with employees TWICE and nobody offered to bring me a different size- meanwhile three associates were working with one woman next to me. The sad thing is that I wanted the dress and will now have to purchase at another location since the staff was so inattentive.
The apex of retail. Incredible. The store is museum beautiful. The staff is excellent. Obviously not for the budget conscious, but a great browsing experience, and I hate shopping, so that's saying a lot.
