Good shopping experience at this Big JC Penny store. It has a great collection of clothes for all ages. Look out for their sales and discount coupons.
I strongly recommend you either shop ONLINE where you wouldn't be the 25th person in line, given directions in a rude manner, or shop in a disorganized messy place. Or maybe even a different location.
Not to mention, many of the employees do NOT fit their title. You will have a supervisor on the floor twerking (a sexual dance you will see at the club) or on her knees killing a water bug while in her uniform.
I agree with many of the reviewers experience. This JCPenney is one of the slowest locations I've been to. And, customer service is extremely poor.

I love J.C. Penney and the store in Antioch is one of my favorites. We have purchased appliances from there this year and not only was the price beyond great the customer service we received was excellent. We live in a town where J.C. Penney does not deliver on one purchase a freezer. The store manager and her husband personally delivered our freezer. I mean who does that these days!! From that experience we went back to that same store and purchased some my appliances. They are a wonderful store and customer service!! They go above and beyond.
My friend used to work here and said a lot of employees are harassed here. They've got their lives threatened and all and nothing was done about it by the managers. They're treated very unfairly.
JC Penney has made terrific improvements over the last 3 years! I love shopping in this store! They've got everything, especially great-priced clothing!
