The charge to get in is $20/person. I reserved a VIP table in the Latin dance floor. We purchased a bottle of whiskey for $250 and the table for $50. We asked the waitress for beer and other drinks and she told us that she could not take our order. That we had to go to the bar. Also, every time we got up from the table other people sat down. One person even fell asleep on on our table. There were also several fights. I did enjoy the music and the DJ.
I reserved a VIP table for $217, it included a bottle, entrance fee for 4 people(it was only 3 of us), chips and dip. We skipped the big line which was nice! The music was great! Awesome night!!
I've read plenty of reviews of this place before I attended. I have no idea what some people are talking about when they explain that the club and its employees discriminate, are racist, and treat minorities horribly because that is not true at all. The majority of its employees including the bartenders, managers, security, and bar backs are minorities themselves. I had went on a Saturday were all 3 floors were open and packed. I had a great time for my cousins birthday. For clubs like this in NYC the bottles and drinks were reasonable prices, definitely cheaper than the others. It's a very energetic and fun atmosphere with a diverse group of people, younger and older people. Overall, I would definitely come again next time I am in the city.
I came here for After Prom, but I had such a terrible experience. At first, I thought that the night would be fun because the DJ was playing good music and the venue was pretty. However, as the night progressed I noticed that most of the attenders were from the same school, even though it is supposed to have students from different high schools (usually). The crowd started to build up as more people came in, but I was surprised to see that the only thing these people wanted to do was express their hormonal selves by dry humping the whole night. The DJ played music according to what the crowd was more responsive to, which I understand. But, I didn't recognize half of those songs all because I go to a different school or don't listen to that genre. The DJ did play some music that was according to my and my friends' taste, but it was short lived. The security didn't care much about the crowd's behavior, but I understand if that isn't part of their job requirements. The club had plenty of seats, which was a good thing because I didn't dance much or have a great time. I think this party would've been better if the venue worked with schools or the students in them to set a specific date for their prom rather than letting it be open to everyone. My friends and I felt like outcasts just because no one knew us. Overall a bad experience, and I expected my final night as a senior to be better.
I came here to celebrate my friends 21st birthday. Music was great! two floors of music on Saturdays the bottom floor has Latin music and the Main floor has a mix of Latin and American music. Bottle prices were really cheap! I will definitely be coming back !
