Jeff was great! Charming fella that replicated 2 sets of keys, a total of 8 keys within 3 minutes. Total was about $20. He's also got a bunch of accessories and door locks for you.
I had Monkeys install a deadbolt for my apartment two years ago. The other week, the deadbolt broke and I called Monkeys to see if they could fix or replace it (potentially for a discount since it had only been two years). I left a message on Sunday and then called again on Thursday. I explained what happened to the man I spoke with and asked why no one had returned my call. He began yelling at me loudly that it wasn't their problem and that they don't do anything for free (or a discount) and then told me to go somewhere else. I love supporting small businesses, but I expect to receive the same respect that I give them. I didn't expect a discount (but thought I might as well ask!) and certainly would have had them come to fix the lock, but now am definitely going somewhere else.
A really kind man behind the counter. Took me about 1 minute (literally) to get my keys copied. Exchanged a joke and I was out of the store. Such a pleasant experience.
Update: I had Lockbusters come and replace my deadbolt. They told me that the original deadbolt that Monkeys Locksmith installed was done so incorrectly and with sloppy work, which is why it broke.
Says they are open on sunday. They are, in fact, not. At least not this sunday.
