Last week we purchased a duplex and needed he locks re keyed. I'm happy I went through this company! I spoke with Ben on the phone and he scheduled a time and date for the re key.
In total I had 5 locks re keyed, one new door knob and lock, a mail box re key, 3 sets of keys, and...I didn't break the bank which is very important when you first buy a home. He was also kind enough to give me an extra set of keys!!
After speaking with Ben on the phone initially, I communicated by text message with the technician. He was 100% professional and flexible. He re-keyed my locks in just about an hour. Not only did he put them all on the same key, but also made duplicate keys for me as well. I was very satisfied with the service provided and wanted to say thank you.
Ron showed up right on time and got to work immediately. Nice guy and very respectful of your home. I didn't realize it at the time but the main doors handle was broken and the lock was just old and did not catch in the door. Ron told me he could still re key it if I didn't want to spend the extra money but I just decided to go with a new door knob just to be on the safe side. I choose which one I wanted from his van and he installed it right away.

I needed some locks re-keyed on my new house and came across Artie's Locksmith Services. I randomly chose to call them and boy am I glad I did. The service was very good.
I just closed my home, and was looking for a locksmith to change the locks during last holiday week. I contacted 2 other locksmiths who were closer to my home, and honestly, they were rude on the phone, and could not make a set appointment time. Ben was very kind on the phone, and made a set time for an appointment, so I went with him.
Russ was great. Straight forward, honest, and timely. I take care of a building in Soundview and we had an issue with a tenant. Russ was able to come switch the lock out on a late evening. I actually had to tell him to wait a little while we sorted things out and he was cool about it. We received an excellent service and I would recommend him to anyone. It's difficult these days to find anyone that gives such great service. Russ has been a locksmith since he was a kid working with his dad. He knows his stuff.
Dan arrived at the house just as the appointment was scheduled. The change was quick and efficient. No pushing for upgrades, and he offered to put things all on the same key. He also took the time to show me how to use one of my locks which was a bit different and gave me a tip to make sure to change a keypad lock battery every 6 months.
Very good service from Ben yesterday! I lost the only copy of my car key. Ben the locksmith came on a Sunday afternoon and made new keys for me. He did a great job! I appreciated the prompt service, the communication and also how fast he did it. Its one of those things that you are not familiar with until you see someone doing it. It was pretty cool to watch (except the cost, but it was very reasonable for an emergency service on a Sunday). Over all highly recommended!
