Loosing keys is never fun, especially when you are on a vacation. That's what happened to me in Upper west side last week, when I was coming Back from a bar. A friend of mine recommend me Dial locksmith, he used them in the past. I called them around 11pm and explained my situation, the dispatcher told me not to worry and that some-one will come for a rescue shortly. 25 minutes after, a very nice young guy, showed up at my door. He was able to unlock my apartment in a few minutes and get me in with out any damage to my lock. I thank them for the great work, and will defiantly recommend them to my friends in the future!
I used these guys to install an air conditioning gate on one of my windows and was very pleased with them. Ben was punctual, professional and accomodating when I had to reschedule. He was on time when he came to asses job and he even arrived early when he came to do the job because I had mentioned being on a tight schedule.
Great place to copy keys! I had 3 keys that i needed to duplicate, I walked into their shop in upper west side, it's a small place in the middle of west 96 street. They guy in the shop was rally nice, he made my keys within 5 minutes and less then $7, great service! Fast and friendly!
Forgot to mention, I came to their store the next day to copy keys, and they did it for no charge!! I love them!
